Sefton now has a network of five Perinatal Support Groups as part of Improving Me – the Cheshire and Merseyside Women’s and Childen’s Services Partnership.

The groups are based at Parenting 2000, Home Start Southport and Formby, SWAN Centre, the Feelgood Factory and Venus Centre and offer a variety of wellbeing support to mums and families.

The perinatal period means throughout pregnancy and up until the baby’s first birthday.
