Galloway’s is here to help

Galloway’s Society for the Blind, which has a base in Southport, has expanded many of its services during the coronavirus outbreak to support blind and partially-sighted people in the area.

One of those that has been expanded is the online talking news service. The charity has also developed a range of ‘how to’ video tutorials as well as providing a Talking Together service where people can connect with a group of friends over the telephone.

If any blind or partially-sighted person – or you know someone – is in need of support they can telephone 01772 744148 and a local Sefton Sight Loss Advisor will ring back.
