Living Well Sefton service update

In light of the coronavirus outbreak we have had to review how we are currently working. Sadly, our partners have had to cancel their activities and groups.

We want to reassure residents that even though these are no longer available we are still here in other ways to offer support and information, whether over the phone or by email and some circumstances face to face.

Good mental health is important and we will be offering health and wellbeing support, as well as mentoring, over the phone.

Our Smokefree Sefton partner has cancelled face-to-face appointments but because smokers are at greater risk of developing respiratory illnesses there has never been a better time to stop and that is where the Smokefree team can help.

They are offering telephone support for anyone interested in stopping smoking.

To arrange a consultation people should telephone 0300 100 1000.

If there is no answer you can leave a message and someone from the team will get back to you to arrange an agreed telephone consultation.

Plans are also in place for setting up virtual groups for those who are self isolating so please check our website for updates on these.

To contact us, the Living Well Sefton team, call 0300 323 0181 or you can email us: LWS@seftoncvs.org.uk
