Brighter Living Partnership (BLP) – as part of the Living Well Sefton service – is looking for a new Living Well Mentor to join the team based in Southport.

As a community-based health and wellbeing organisation, we work to support people to improve their physical and mental health through a range of activities and support. This includes one-to-one support for people wanting to make health behaviour change.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with people from a wide range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. You must also be a good team player and be able to plan and organise your workload.

The role is based at Southport Community Centre, within a dedicated team of mentors who run a range of social inclusion groups and health improvement activities.

Salary:                      £20,138 per annum

Hours:                       35 hours per week (full-time)
Term:                         Fixed term until March 2022
