Sefton OPERA and The Royal Hotel in Waterloo have joined forces to beat loneliness.

On the first Wednesday of every month there will be a get together at the Waterloo hotel between 2.30pm and 4pm with free coffee and tea.

In addition to the refreshments people dropping in will be treated to different activities provided by Sefton Opera incluing massages, gentle chair exercises, talks, games, quizzes and more.

The first social afternoon starts Wednesday, May 2 with the other afternoons planned for June 6, July 4, August 1 and September 5.
