It’s good to talk

Tomorrow is national #TimetoTalk day when people are encouraged to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.

Living Well Sefton’s partner Feelgood Factory is running Think Differently, Cope Differently courses in February.

These FREE five-week courses could be what you need if you are feeling stressed, a bit low or having difficulty coping with things right now.

One course starts next Thursday, 8 February at the Feelgood Factory in Netherton. The other is at Woodvale Community Centre, Meadow Lane, Ainsdale on Wednesday, 21 February in conjunction with Woodvale and Ainsdale Community Association. Both courses run 10am to 12noon.

Book through the team’s central number 0300 323 0181 or email: LWS@seftoncvs.org.uk #SeftonInMind
