Healthwatch Sefton is working with Sefton’s public health team to gather views from Sefton residents about NHS Health Checks.
The NHS Health Check is a health check for adults in England aged 40 – 74 years. If you are in this age group without any pre-existing condition you can expect to receive a letter from your GP or local authority inviting you to attend. Due to reduced funding how this system works is now being reviewed.
Sefton residents are being encouraged to support this review by sharing feedback on health checks, even if you haven’t been invited for one. The survey only takes one minute to complete and you have until the end of the month to share your views.
