On course for better wellbeing

Are struggling with how you are feeling?
Do you find yourself anxious or experiencing low self-esteem?
Generally feel unhappy?

Then our Think Differently, Cope Differently course starting in Bootle next month could be what you need to feel better.

Over five weeks Living Well mentors Matty, from Brighter Living Partnership and Sara, from Active Sefton, will equip you with coping skills such as changing negative thinking and learning relaxation techniques.

The course is FREE and starts on Thursday, 7 September at St John and St James Church and Community Centre, 71 Bailey Drive, Bootle, between 2pm and 4pm.
