Sefton’s unpaid carers are true unsung heroes in the borough and one organisation does everything possible to make life that little bit easier for them.

Sefton Carers Centre in Waterloo host a range of activities, from Pilates to dancercise and much more besides.

Two upcoming dates for the diaries of Sefton carers are:
Sound Meditation at Crosby Library, March 26, 10.30am – 11.30am
Healthy Cooking at the May Logan Centre in Bootle, March 26, 2.15pm – 4pm.
